PULSE MASTER
The PULSE MASTER is an innovative automatic lubrication system engineered to precisely target the articulation points of conveyor chains. Its mechanical timing design eliminates the need for external controls, ensuring consistent lubrication with minimal oil usage. By optimising lubricant delivery, the PULSE MASTER reduces consumption, minimises waste, and significantly extends chain life.
The cam lever is mechanically synchronised with the movement of the chain rollers, delivering a precise burst of lubricant directly into the chain pin. In its resting position, the system remains sealed, preventing any lubricant flow. When actuated, the cam lever opens the flow path, injecting an exact dose of lubricant into the chain’s pivot points, ensuring effective lubrication only when needed.

We can meet all lubrication requirements from a wide variety of industries including food processing, automotive production, power generation, quarrying and paper making.
Typical applications include cooling fans, conveyor belts, pumps, chain-delivery systems and hoists.

Our engineers have experience including the piping out of single point grease nipples to the Installation of large Automatic Dual line Grease systems that are real time monitored.

RecondOil is built around its patented Double Separation Technology (DST). DST removes all sizes of contaminants down to nano size, preventing oil degradation and varnish formation, extending the lifespan of the oil almost endlessly and ending waste.
DST offers oil so clean it can last the lifetime of the machine it is lubricating, meaning one-off purchases and an end to waste. We call this the “circular use of oil” – oil as an asset, not a consumable.

Maintenance
